Processing Time

Due to high order volumes, all orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods such as major sales or holiday promotions (including Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you updated.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping

• Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders

Estimated shipping times and rates for all other countries are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes full tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear.

Important Information

• Orders containing Magnetic Power Banks will be shipped separately from other items in your order.
• We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers/Parcel Stations.

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to courier networks, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
