Shipping Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours.
During peak sales, events, or promotions, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing. (Black Friday etc.)
USA:
- Standard Delivery: 5-12 business days after dispatch
- Express Delivery: 2-7 business days after dispatch
Shipping Prices
- Standard Delivery: Free for all orders
- Express Delivery: $4.95 | Free for orders above US$69
For all other countries, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Change Shipping Address
If your order has not shipped yet, you can contact us to update your desired shipping address in our system. If you contacted us to change your address before shipping and it has not been processed, don't worry, we will re-ship it to the new address.
Tracking Information
All orders are 100% tracked. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
Please Note
- If you have ordered multiple items, and your order contains Magnetic Power Bank(s), the Magnetic Power Bank(s) will ship separately from the rest of your order.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel stations.
Order Delays
If your order is delayed for any reason, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
